GOALS
System changes in education management at schools and other educational institutions by creating a critical mass of managers in education who think in a new way and are building their educational organisations in another way.

The project is working on the problem of an obsolete and ineffective education system through education of educational managers. The project helps individual schools to find their own meaning of existence and define the role it plays in the community, its district, village, city, whole country or even the world.
By 2030, ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including, among others, through education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity and of culture's contribution to sustainable development.

KMBS - it's a school for the leaders who want to drive change - in themselves, their companies, the nation, the world. We are certain that the radical development programmes enjoyed by our students will lead to a quantum leap in the qualitative development of their companies, and so of course our nation and the world as a whole.
SOLUTION
Currently the project has passed the 1st stage of full implementation. Since June 2019 till December 2019 we had 16 participants who were in process of their personal transformations and reinvention of their own schools. They defend their projects of schools' transformation and right now are on the way of realisation.

Educational program consists of 5 modules.

The main topics of the program:
This is the first (and the only one) educational program for educational managers in Ukraine. By this project we take to the system level the education for school leaders, heads of educational NGO and founders of educational start-ups.
RESULTS
PROJECT'S IMPACT
The project has passed the 1st stage of full implementation and we've already felt the changes that happened with participants:

PERSONAL

participants are increasing their levels of maturity;
are reassessing their roles in the institutions they lead, and cooperation with their teams at schools, students and parents.

ORGANIZATIONAL
by working on a strategic idea of a school due to KMBS' proprietary methodology, participants are looking for their schools' place in big ecosystems;

It will ensure the economic development of the regions, (that includes these educational institutions) and collaboration with different stakeholders of different regions and ecosystems;

In addition, we have created a platform for communication and cooperation between educational managers, who strive for qualitative changes in Ukrainian education system.
The main project partner is Osvitoria - a non-profit public organization promoting the development and reform of education in Ukraine.
