To simplify the submission of reports on the use of water, 2TP-water farm (annually), by economic entities by transforming it into electronic format using an electronic information system.

SOLUTION
Transfer of water cadaster work in the section "Water Management" online. Creation of the appropriate e-portal, with the activities conducted transparently.
RESULTS
Registers of water users and permits for special water use have become available to the public, local authorities and controlling bodies.

16 thousand water users, who are the subjects of state accounting of water use, have the opportunity to submit reports according to the form № 2TP-water farm (annual) from the personal account 24/7 without interaction with officials.

The project was implemented by the Eurasia Foundation, the Eastern Europe Foundation and the State Agency for e-Government of Ukraine within the framework of the international technical assistance project "Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services /TAPAS", using financial support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the UK Government (UK aid).
